A hole is professionally punched in the pot. This is done with a hydraulic hole punch. The hole is then burr-free and a 1/2" tap can be screwed in. The hole is placed as far down as possible. Enough room is left so that the washer and nut still fit comfortably.
If more holes are needed, this item can be ordered multiple times. Please indicate the exact position in the notes during the order process. An additional hole can be used for a thermometer, a thermowell, a fixed piping, etc... Special requests may extend the delivery time. Punching the holes is always done at the customer's request and therefore the pot incl. hole (holes) is excluded from exchange.
