The agitator shown harmonises with almost all 68 / 70 litre pots. The baffle plate ensures optimum mixing and prevents the mash from rotating in circles. The paddle is specially designed to ensure optimum mash circulation and homogeneous temperature distribution. The paddle shape also gives the Läuterfreund its place in the kettle.
