The beer spiking is probably at least as old as the beer itself - bring the old tradition to new life. You should enjoy your beer cold! Sometimes in the past centuries and especially in winter it was perhaps too cold. Every blacksmith therefore always had an iron in the fire. The red-hot iron was dipped into the beer and thus brought to a pleasant drinking temperature. Besides, the remaining sweetness was caramelised and the beer got a very special note.
Traditionally, the beer spike can be heated in a convivial atmosphere over an open fire or with a blowtorch. The solid stainless steel ball is heated to about 600 degrees and made to glow. After the ball is briefly dipped into the beer, a wonderfully fine-pored, creamy foam is created! The beer remains pleasantly cool, the foam is slightly warmed up.
After use, the holder offers several storage possibilities for a total of 3 glowing beer spikes. These are different in height, so that you can easily heat up with different blowtorches. A beer opener is also integrated.
